How returns & refunds work
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to orders placed online through bavly.shop. For purchases made directly from physical branches, please refer to the in-store return policy available at each branch or ask the staff.
2. Return & exchange period
Returns and exchanges for online orders are accepted within 14 days from the original purchase or delivery date, as long as all conditions in this policy are met.
3. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
- Be free of stains, damage, or perfume (if applicable).
- Have all original tags, labels, and stickers attached.
- Be in original packaging where possible.
4. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Swimwear.
- Underwear and lingerie.
5. How to request a return or exchange
To request a return or exchange for an online order, please contact our Online Support on WhatsApp and provide:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- Your phone number.
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for return or exchange.
- Clear photos if the request is related to a defect, damage, or wrong item.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps for pickup or shipping back the items.
6. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos showing the problem.
In these cases, Bavly Store will cover the return shipping cost and will either send a replacement or process a refund according to your preference and product availability.
7. Return shipping & charges
For standard returns (change of mind, size change, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees paid with the order are non-refundable, except in cases where Bavly Store is at fault (wrong or defective item).
8. Refund method & processing time
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Refunds for online orders are issued via:
- InstaPay
- Mobile e-wallet
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the refund cannot be issued in cash and will be transferred using InstaPay or a mobile wallet.
9. Exchanges
In many cases, you can choose to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, subject to product availability. Any difference in price between the original item and the new item will be communicated to you before confirmation.
10. Orders refused at delivery
If you decide not to receive the order after inspection in front of the courier, you will only be required to pay the shipping fee according to our online purchase policy.
